Malu...

!
A man, a woman, 2 little daughters. A whole family in 1 motorcycle. Sempit sih udah pasti… Ditambah cuacanya panas. Asep bis & metro mini nyemprot langsung ke muka. Ngga usah ditanya soal safety. Yet, the kids were singing. Their hands dancing. And their lips were smiling. Grinning happily to be exact.

Di sebelah mereka, aku lagi ngumpat dalem hati sambil meratapi nasib. Macet, pusing, cape, bete. Ngga enak banget pulang sendiri! Males banget pulang naek taxi! Yang dingin, empuk, cepet, & “aman”.

!
Maman, supirku, cerita tentang anaknya yang diare dari hari Jumat.
“Siangnya diajak emak saya ke kondangan, Bu. Malemnya mungkin masuk angin. Kan ujan besar tuh…”
“Oo.. Gara-gara keujanan, Man?”
“Bukan keujanan, Bu. Rumah saya kan dindingnya bilik, yang bolong-bolong itu. Ya, mungkin kedinginan.”
He said that in a very “normal” way…

An hour before, when I stepped into the car in front of our new house, I was complaining. “Duh, PAM kampret! Pas mau mandi malah mati! Tembok belakang ngga rata gitu! Harus panggil tukang nih! Rumah 2 tingkat, 3 kamar tidur, 2 kamar mandi, 1 kamar tidur pembantu, 1 kamar mandi pembantu, dapur, taman, carport, yang dipersenjatai dengan 3 AC, internet & TV kabel ini bikin repot aja!”

!
(Lagi-lagi) Maman, cerita tentang anaknya yang selalu nagih oleh-oleh.
“Saya baru datang, dia langsung lari ke saya, Bu! “Pak, mana baso buat eneng?”, gitu katanya.”
“Baso apa sih, Man?”
“Baso biasa, Bu. Harganya 300 perak. Kalau saya nggak bawa, suka dieem aja.”

Ibaratnya Super Supreme Pizza Hut lah…
“Ita maunya spaghetti!! Ngga mau pizza yang ini! Wueeeee!”
"Ini juga enak kok… Coba dulu.”, kata Mom.

“Ngga mauuu! Huaaaaaa!”

Some(many)times I really hate myself… *sigh*

good thing that you can teach yourself. but i don't think you can compare people's life like that tho, i mean you guys are living in two different situation.

It's funny, u know. I've been thinking the same way like what u've said. But then I thought, it sounded more like an excuse to be bitter :) That's why I need to compare to remind myself always to be grateful and patient.

Then again, it's me :)
